For warning a people whose forefathers were not warned, so that they were heedless.
The people of Muhammed, who lived in Mecca when he was appointed as Messenger, were not warned by their forefathers with Adhikr, so they were heedless. But today, the Arabic Quran reading Fujjar, even though they are warned with Adhikr—the Best Interpretation of the Lord’s Book, mentioned in verse 25:33—are still heedless, as explained in verse 7:179. They are the inmates of Hellfire, as explained in verses 3:7-10 and 15:44. Since the other people belonging to the Messenger’s community, such as Jains, Buddhists, Hindus, Jews, and Christians, have not received Adhikr, they may be reminded if they are warned with Adhikr. It is told in verses 33:72-73 that Adhikr is revealed to punish hypocritical men and women, as well as associating men and women, and to accept the repentance of believing men and women. Today, the odd believer is commanded to do Jihad with Adhikr against the Hypocrites and Kuffar, as told in verses 9:73; 25:52; and 66:9. It is notable that hypocrites and Kuffar are only from the Arabic Quran reading Fujjar, who are the people of Messenger Muhammed. See explanation 7:205-206; and 9:67-68.
